3. AI Processing and Third Parties
3.1 Google Cloud Services
To provide our service (transcription and analysis), we use Google Cloud Services (Speech-to-Text API and Gemini AI). Your audio data is transmitted to Google and processed there.
Google processes your data as a data processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
